Who Am I

I'm Phillip F Dolan. I go by Philo, I trip over flat surfaces and I'm a fiendish RPG player, but what I do is character and costume design. I am the proud owner and creator of a successful Kickstarter "Love Is Real," a book of visual development work for a romance story featuring two original characters I fell very much in love with.
